Rent a Mango Tree for a Season

Please read carefully before booking your mango tree.

1. 100% Organic Guarantee: We use absolutely zero synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. Only Jeevamrut, vermicompost, neem oil, and natural methods are used at Shahnaz Farms. You may visit and verify anytime.
2. Yield Assurance: Full tree (₹10,000) guarantees minimum 50 kgs across the season. Share plan guarantees 25 kgs. If weather or natural calamity reduces yield by more than 20%, we will refund pro-rata amount or extend to next season – your choice.
3. Bangalore Only Delivery: We deliver only within Bangalore municipal limits (pincode starting 560). Delivery is free, in 3-5 batches from April to June as fruits naturally ripen. We do not use calcium carbide or artificial ripening.
4. Booking Amount: Pay ₹1,000 now to reserve your tree, balance before first harvest (March). Full payment customers get priority variety choice and delivery slots.
5. Natural Ripening: Mangoes are harvested mature and ripened naturally in hay/boxes. They will not be uniformly yellow on arrival – that's how real organic mangoes are. Taste is honey-sweet, not chemically sweet.
6. Harvest Window: Exact delivery dates depend on nature. We typically harvest Mallika in late April, Benisha in early May, Imam Pasand in mid-May to June. You’ll get WhatsApp updates with photos of your actual tree.
7. Limited Trees: We have only 180 rentable trees. Booking is first-come, first-served. Once a variety is sold out, we close bookings for that variety.
8. Visit Your Tree: Rented families are welcome to visit Shahnaz Farms on Sundays with prior appointment. See your name tag, learn organic farming, and pick your first mango.
9. Refund Policy: Booking amount is refundable until February 28th. After flowering starts, we’ve invested in your tree’s care, so refunds are not possible except in case of total crop failure (see point 2).
